Angelique Kronebusch
Biography
My name is Angelique Kronebusch and I was born in Oliver, BC and I am of Portuguese and Spanish decent. For years I struggled to find my true passion jumping from one career to the next and I finally found my love in fitness. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past 3 years and dedicate my life to making my clients healthy and fit and feel proud of whom they are inside and out. I live the lifestyle and enjoy being a role model at World Gym, which is the gym I work at in Kelowna BC. I teach spin classes as well as strength, bosu, boot camp and yoga.
I started competing in 2008 and since have competed at 7 shows, which my best show so far was winning the Figure Short category at the WBFF Alberta Championships in 2010! I have since decided to change my focus and plans and work hard for the next WBFF show in Richmond of 2011. I will be pursuing my pro card in Figure and basically going to every show next year to do it! Be prepared to see a lot more of me in 2011.
WBFF really opened my eyes making me realize the opportunities out there for competitors like myself to really make it in the fitness industry. I enjoyed feeling appreciated to be part of the show in Richmond this year and was really impressed with all the athletes, their positive attitudes and how they did not hesitate to help each other out. I cannot wait until next year to compete with WBFF again!
