Biography

I am an international fitness model, figure competitor, health and fitness writer and extreme sports person, published in the USA, Australia and Central America. I Australian but am based in Panamá, Central America and travel regularly to the United States. I have experience in print media, television, radio and seminar presentation (English and Spanish). But a few short years ago I was just an everyday middle aged executive who had never exercised in her life – very conservative and very, very unfit (I hated even walking to the corner shop!). But I had a childhood dream – a dream to learn how to surf! So at the age of 37 I paddled out for the first time, taught myself how to ride the waves, enjoy the “stoke” and since then I have never looked back. So your wondering why am I here amongst Paul Dillet’s super sexy Diva’s? I am here to prove that you can get into the best shape of your life – at any age! WOW!!!!! I agree with Kathleen, you are making a difference to many. I have been scared to kind of “step out on faith” and pursue my passion of competiting, becoming a fitness model and being sponsored. You have changed my mind. I’m doing it!!! Because you can do it at ANY age!!! Thanks a bunch and keep up the great job!!!
