Hi! I my name is Katelynn Cashin. I was born in Hayward, CA, but I have moved around alot while growing up. I now live in Phoenix, AZ….the city of the sun and desert!
I am a fitness model and upcoming figure competitor. I absolutely LOVE health and fitness! It is my passion and love. I knew I wanted to have as much involvement in the fitness industry, so I worked on getting certified as a personal trainer. I am now an ISSA-Certified personal trainer and I am planning on also becoming a certified nutritionist.

I love to work out and train. It is such an amazing stress reliever for me. The pump I get when I work out feels great, and it is so addicting! It is so amazing how you can literally change your body and mold it into something awesome with some training and diet! It is fun…like a science experiment…haha.

I got introduced into the fitness industry the end of 2008. I really dove head first into it. I have done three photoshoots in less than a year, and already have had a couple publications. I am so excited for all the possibilities that my future holds, and will not let anything hold me back from my goals and dreams.

Remember to find something you love and are passionate about. Once you find it….don’t hold back. Strive to succeed and stay strong. The only person holding you back is yourself….you are your worst enemy. Strive for excellence…push harder than ever….and love yourself. There will always be those who try to bring you down, or discourage you from your dreams. There will always be someone telling you that you aren’t good enough or will never succeed, but remember you are capable of the impossible. You can do anything you put your mind to. You are able to accomplish your wildest dreams and goals. Don’t ever let go and forget what you want out of life. Life is beautiful and live it to the fullest!
