Dear Lyzabeth,

I just want to say you are truly an inspiration to me! Your beauty, flawless physique and incredible amount of knowledge is breathtaking! I attended one of your fitness seminars back in 2005 and you were so knowledgeable and motivational. I followed your example and started on my own path of fitness modeling and competitions. I have also recently launched my own fitness business and I am glad to say I have never been happier and more fulfilled!
Thanks for all your motivation and for being who you are!

You give me hope to carve my own body and be the best I can be as a trainer one day. I love your video’s your voice must be a tremendous asset to you, along with your realness… just found you on facebook under fitness the other day and added you to my page. All the guys are having trouble-ha ha. You just keep doing what you have been, sorry I just now learned of you-hopefully you have a long way to go still so I can ride your coat tails! Even though I am most likely your senior. I have looked at most of the girls on this site, and a couple are pretty hot, but you have something tangible/real about you. So many of the plastic surgeries that have been done to most of these Ladies make me want to see the before pics! Please do not change a thing. Ok enough from me -I am going to mark my calendar now!!!!!!

Well picked!!! As intimidating as her resume and success is a true athlete and model, Lyza is the most authentic and down-to-earth person you will meet…you get more from her than just what you see…can’t wait for more successes from her as she has sooo much more to give to people. She’s inspired and motivated me in so many ways, working hard and relentless about being a role model and inspiration. She doesn’t say much, but does A LOT!!! Because of Lyza, I am continuously interested in and learning about what the fitness industry offers. She is going to rock it on stage!
