Biography

My name is Summer Bernard and I live in Perth Western Australia. I have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years and have been competing for the past 3 years.

This goes without saying that I live and breathe fitness. I believe you can achieve anything that you set your mind and body to.
I am so passionate in what I do. I carry this passion onto my clients and am as dedicated to their goals as i am to my own.

I firstly competed in Sportsmodel Competitions including INBA Olympia and Oxygen Sportsmodel of the year, both held in Perth. The first two years really helped me with my stage presence to then move onto Figure Fitness.

In 2008 I placed runner up in IFBB Novice Fitness Figure for Western Australia and a week later runner up again for IFBB Novice Fitness Figure at the Australian Championships. Which did me extremely proud for my first year.

This year many opportunities have arisen from my hard work and dedication i put in day in and day out last year. I am proud to be heading to WBFF World Championships in Septmeber to take the stage. Although I haven’t been competing in Figure Fitness for long I still couldn’t pass up on the opportunity that i was given by Paul Dillet.

I am ready for the opportunities that this year will bring me in my competing and fitness modelling career.

I could not do all this with out the love and support of my family and friends.
