Susan Braumberger-Arruda
Biography
Susan Braumberger-Arruda is 40 years old and the mother of twoteenagers via natural childbirth.Susan’s interest in fitness began at the early age of ten and shortlythereafter, she joined a local YMCA and began to experiment with weighttraining.
She never thought she looked good in pictures but a host of peoplewould strongly disagree, as numerous photo shoots have garnered asubstantial fan base. Susan did not begin competing until well intoher 30′s and did extremely well, placing top 3 in all of her shows.
On the heels of winning 3 back to back titles and her PRO status withanother federation, Susan is excited to be trying something differentby competing in her very first WBFF event.
People who know Susan personally can attest to one thing for certain;she looks basically the same all year round, and has for pretty muchover 20 years. “There is no “off season”, training and fitness areboth a lifestyle for me”, she offers as a partial explanation for herconsistency.
The decision to never dabble in questionable practices has beenpartially responsible for the consistency in her look, which isnothing to say of the relentless determination in her training.
Susan’s accomplishments came while parenting her kids, as well ashaving a full time job, without the aid of a personal trainer ornutritionist, and amid a host of other personal challenges. Outside of her full time job, Susankeeps busy by teaching swimming and also taking on personal trainingclients.
