Hi! My name is Tamar Cohl. I am an international fitness model that started competing in July 2007. I love getting on stage and showcasing the hard work that I put into my physique, but even more so, I love living a healthy, well rounded active and Gluten Free lifestyle. Being totally gluten and wheat free has enabled me to sculpt my physique and really bring in my abs, not to mention I have learned so much about how the human body works and why wheat and gluten is so dangerous to the small intestines. The small intestines really are the lifeline to our wellness and we need to keep them working properly!

I am on a mission to bringing the Gluten Free Lifestyle to the Mainstream Fitness Genre and to the world. I want to use my competitions as a platform to help spread the word about the importance of people knowing if they are sensitive or intolerant to wheat. The WBFF is the perfect place for me to do this! Canada is a leader in the world in Gluten Free companies and manufacturing and I want to use the best federation to help me accomplish my dream of educating everyone on Gluten Free Living.

I have been published in American Curves (9 page spread, 2 page spreads) Planet Muscle Magazine numerous times, calendars, and am all over the internet. I have a reality series on Bodybuilding.com about how living Gluten Free effects my training and competitions. The series also showcased my knee surgery, etc.

I love helping people and I love competing and I know that the WBFF will be the perfect Federation for me to shine! I am really excited and I look forward to getting on stage in April 2010! Here I come Canada! :)
