Yes, it’s true! I’m defending my WBFF Miss Bikini 2 Time Championship by Going for a Three-Peat! And what goes on the 12 weeks before “show time”? Well, let me break it down for you…Sweat, pain, countless agonizing reps, trying on sequin beaded gowns, posing, tanning, and yes even scheduling in therapeutic healing massages in between my car pools and my sons Dr.’s appointments. This is what I am doing-day in and day out…What I really love is to see my coach “Wicked Willie” yell at “rubber neckers” at our gym that try to ask too many questions while I’m training. It’s been a lot of stress and focus, but it is all worth it…as I have my eye on the big prize a big WBFF 3-Peat crown. (more…)

Hello WBFF Fitness friends!
With much excitement and anticipation, I am officially announcing that, YES, I WILL be competing at the 201 WBFF Miss Bikini Diva Competition.

Hey all, I just got done doing a radio interview about my latest and greatest acheivements and future plans. One of the questions was when was I competing again, and with what federation and why. My answer was of course, being at the WBFF Miss Bikini Diva show this Sept. My answer to WHY was pretty lengthy! I went on and on and on how I have been competing since 2004, and I have never been treated with such respect as a true athlete with the WBFF Federation. I am proud to compete with the WBFF and know hands down that this is one of the best places to showcase all of your hard work off at!
I wish all of you much luck, and cant wait to see you all in the fall! Have a safe fun fit summer!

I am tickled PINK about Allison being pregnant again with another beautiful baby girl! I am such a goober when it comes to babies, so I cant wait to see this gorgeous bundle of joy in the fall! I know that Allison does pregnancy very very well, because I had the special chance of seeing her ONLY WEEKS after the birth of Brianna, and she looked as if she didnt even have a baby or was pregnant! Congrats again King Paul and Queen Allison for adding a special prescious new bundle of joy to the family!

Sorry I havent written in a bit! Been busy, but blessed! Was in Tampa FL at the HSN headquarters where I launched my Ab Circle Pro, making a record at HSN where I sold out of all my exercise equipment in record time! Thanks for all who tuned and and allowed me to motivate you!
I am now getting ready for my summer, and I cant wait to really enjoy some traveling, meeting and greeting my friends abroad, over seas. Im planning a trip to Australia and also Europe. This is part business with my global Ab Circle Pro team and also pleasure with my family.
I will be FOR sure still training! Ive started at a super cool gym, where world champion boxers train and and also some really cool fitness models.
I just also want to take the time to thank WBFF. Paul and Alison for creating this federation for top athletes!

WOW! May already? This year has flown and its only SPEEDING UP!
I am thrilled to officially announce that I will be bringing “La Tigra” back to the stage this Sept at the Miss Bikini Diva show! Excited to see all of my friends in the fitness industry and proud to be among the best in our biz!
Paul and Alison sure know how to treat the athletes and show us so much respect!
Mothers day is coming up so my 3 kings (hubby and sons) say they have something special for me! I sure hope its not cake, as I have a bunch of future photo shoots lined up and appearances. Speaking of appearances, I have the pleasure of being on Home Shopping Network and motivating over 80 million households! I will be on from 9 to 10, 5 to 6, and then 10 to 11 pm. (more…)
