Callers must identify themselves by providing the group code GCHWBBF and name World Body Building & Fitness Federation to ensure they receive the appropriate rate and are included in the guestroom block. Reservations must be confirmed prior to June 02, 2010 in order to qualify for your group rate. Cancellation of reservations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be accepted, and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay.
