Athletes Sign in and Registration
On Friday June 18th there will be a mandatory athletes meeting held at the Casino Lac Leamy in the Salon Royal; entrance is located in the casino. Sign in and registration will begin at 4:30pm and the athlete meeting will begin at 7:30 pm. All details and scheduling related to the show will be given out at this time. There will also be photographers, make up artists, and tanning services on hand to help you out with these special needs.

Pre-Judging: Saturday June 19, 2010 at 10:30am
Evening Show: Saturday June 19th, 2010 6:30pm
Please note there will be no trainers, friends or family members permitted backstage with any athlete on show day. We hope you can understand this rule as we try to make things as organized as possible backstage.

Makeup  Hair and tanning
Stephanie Pouliot is a professional makeup artist with over 12 years of
experience working in television and advertising. She also has been doing
tanning, hair and makeup for fitness competitions as well as ballroom
dancing competitions for over five years. Stephanie is also herself a former
North American ballroom dancing champion and knows firtshand the importance
of always looking your best when competing.

Want to confirm if the show is in Montreal or Quebec City?
Is it a mistake if it is mentioned on the publicity of the Quebec competition, June 19, 2009? or it’s last year’s date and the 2010 date is not yet confirmed?

This will be my first wbff show. Where can I go to learn more about posing requirements – costumes needed etc? Will there be only one class for bikini or will there be a height or age division? Same for fitness model?

Lac Lemy is actually in Hull, very close to Ottawa
will there be a junior class for bodybuilding (-21yrsold) and if there is one will there be weight class ?
