Registration & Mandatory Athletes Meeting
WBFF World Championships Athletes Sign in / Registration and Mandatory Athletes Meeting – Friday Sept 17th 2010
WBFF Registration and Sign In Location: Novotel Mississauga
On Friday September 17th there will be a mandatory competitor meeting at our Host Hotel the Novotel, Mississauga located just a block from the theatre. Sign in and registration will begin at 5:00 pm , and the Athlete meeting will begin at 7:30 pm, in the Paris Ballrooms located in the upper level of the hotel. All details and scheduling related to the show will be given out at this time. There will also be photographers , make up artists, and tanning services on hand to help you out with these special needs.
Please note there will be no trainers, friends or family members permitted backstage with any athlete on show day. We hope you can understand this rule as we try to make things as organized as possible backstage.
Ticket sales  and information will be posted starting in June 2010.
WBFF BACKSTAGE OFFICIAL HAIR AND MAKEUP Â SPECIALISTS
Package 1. Basic Hair preparation
Men’s Styling                      : $ Tipping is welcome
Blow Out/ Flat Iron        : $30.00
Basic Curls                      : $40.00
Basic Pin Up                 : $30.00 [ Your hair as is with a stylist pining it into a style for you ]
Style with Pin Up              : $60.00 [ Stylist sets hair and then pins it into place ]
Curls with Pin Up              : $70.00 [ Stylist curls hair and then pins it into place ]
Hair Extensions/Pieces      : [ Add $30.00 to any of the above with adding Hair Pieces ]
Basic Make Up Application : $40.00
Package 2. The Works
This is for any Athlete or Fitness Diva/Model who has entered more than one category who would like for our Styling Team and Make Up People to make any changes to Hair and Make Up throughout the entire show.
IE: During any segment of any category you wear your hair down with basic make up, then would like your look to be completely different for your next category, this is for you!
$150.00 we will make any changes, touch ups, glamorize make up application, add extensions/hair pieces you may have, you get the idea!
The works in Hair and Make Up, for that one price!
Please take note, the more product that goes in hair, the less it will do as we apply more product to it, so please keep in mind, if you are entering multiple categories, keep the simple ones for the beginning segments and the Glamour looks for the final segments.
Also, when thinking of Make Up concepts for your categories, it’s easier to go darker after you have had a basic application and not the other way around. Time restrictions will have us on strict schedules, so it’s easier to go darker than it would be to start from scratch.
Also, for those of you that rely on certain foundation to match skin tones, please bring any that you have along, so there will be no concerns on the application of foundation.
For those of you that will be using our services during the show, please have your hair washed, clean and dry for the day of the competition. Any of you that will have product in your hair, will make it almost impossible for us to do any manipulation to it.
For Make Up, please have a clean fresh face for the artists to do their thing. The only thing that we stress would be your foundation, if it’s a personal preference.

I as a beauty professional have always stressed the importance of paying attention to detail ,when it comes to putting your look together.
It’s sort of like this!
You can be wearing the best Suit or Gown money can buy. But if your Hair and Make Up are not up to the standard of what you are wearing, The suit is just a suit and the gown is just a gown!
Give yourself the best chance possible to make the judges look and look again, to all the fine details you put into your overall appearance, to make them pick you!
We as professionals will be there to guide you and make you all look amazingly extra ordinary for all the judges and for all the people in the audience to see.

And i really worry about this my first compete also could you tell me
when i ready judge to backsatge can you support all of them?(tanning cream, pump equipment etc…)
